## Dreams Our mind creates the reality where we live in and we call life, I just saw two of my friends in a dream with whom I was interacting in a train station where all of a sudden one person spills over coffee over his T-Shirt and everyone around laughed and smiled and it was not like anyone was making fun of that person, it was just that it happened in such a way where the person was sitting in style and all and suddenly coffee spills over, so it became naturally funny. ## Realisation At that very moment, I woke up. And what I really realised was that this instance which happened in [[MyMind]] could have totally have had happened in the real world scenario and would have been exactly like this how it happened, but not in reality but in my brain. I was jolted and it took a while to process as I just woke up, but it left me in a thought hole, _isn’t the mind creating all the things around us?_ Like it could genuinely have been a bad day for anyone for spilling coffee on their T-shirt, but the fact my mind choose to imagine it was something which came naturally, and just like all other dreams I experience, I was calmly observing, just an observer. Don’t really want to take this towards oneness and non dualism, but this certainly was thought provoking.
