## Diversifying Skillsets One thing I feel really important is that the skills which we possess should keep on diversifying irrespective of the type of work we do on a day to day basis at our Jobs. The thought behind this? Often while working in an organization for an elongated period of time, we tend to develop involuntary work related habits. What I mean to say is that because we are responsible for working on specific domains within our work which are also further in accordance with the work specs of that particular company, it inevitably limits the broadness of the depth which is yet to be explored under our Job Titles. How I feel is that I constantly have this urge to keep learning more about my field of work, why because I do not want to just be limited at my work. If I want to be job ready, I need to constantly keep myself up to date and keep brushing up of all what I already know to make sure I have all my skillsets ready at my disposal, when the time comes to enact.
