So back in Unstop, I was in constant need and lookout for a change, in the sense it was more than necessary to just move on to a place which paid me the right wages for what I was worth. So I moved on and joined Examarly (now Mopid). Over here I honestly don’t feel any need to switch my job, I am more than happy where I am and what I do, ok sometimes I feel low because there happens to be monotony, and some days are just low, and I wish there was a better office space, but all these things are common for all workplaces, Unstop was a worse office space than this one, it was so overcrowded, I didn’t have my personal space, over here I have a full large 4x4 desk at my disposal, I sit spread across and relaxed. So the bottom line is, what is this frustration which is in this bloody mind? Like really I don’t see a need to do anything, even my work is quite full filling, we are doing something actually good and large scale which finally looks like has a scope amongst the bigger fish market, and that’s what the deal is about, I truly feel I should wait further in where I am currently and what I am doing. It’s not that I am learning nothing at all. It’s better and a safer option then making a switch and landing into a job with a toxic work environment where I do not feel valued and end up just slogging actually. This place is good to my liking, I am with people I feel comfortable with, I am paid decently in this already tough market and I am respected highly, people take my words seriously and rely on me, this is not the case with most of the jobs of how I see them. Ultimately I have to say that this constant urge to change is a society infused mindset, like if I am comfortable why do I want to force myself to look for a switch and move on? I really can take example of dogs, let alone the entire world, they spend all their life time in the same locality without going anywhere else, that too very happily, they don’t see the need to move to a different space thinking they will feel any different. You see the underlying emotion is quite similar here, change is a made up ideology.
