# A Recalibration Spell Often times it happens that I keep forgetting where I really want to belong and end up being lost in the [[labyrinth of life]], not that it really is necessary, but I really feel good when I'm aligned with what I feel brings me comfort. Ah that feeling of experiencing nothingness with a sense of direction. So with that said, I want to have a spell which resets me. You know like how there is a hard reset button in some old windows devices, pressing which just reboots the entire machine and also clears cache and does all the essential housekeeping work in the operating system at a blink of the eyes. Or maybe more like Bucky's Winter Soldier activation words which when recited, makes him follow orders irrespective of anything. _This is just for the sake of making contexts relatable here! Haha!_ Either way, something to be belonged to. Something to be reminded of. Something which makes me forget everything and brings me back to my true form. The recalibration spell... *Date: 31.07.2023* --- *Update:* *02.08.2023* I figured it out. My spell is: [[It's a lie]] #### How was it struck? I was having a conversation with my colleague at office which involved a discussion on a commonly perceived notion which was said like a default answer because people just don't want to accept it. To which my colleague very fluently and confidently said: He said and I quote *"It's doable, you just need to have faith and discipline."* And boy I was enlightened!! That just one sentence brought in so much of realisation that hey, actually who said it is what it is, I never gave it a shot, how'd I know? #### Why I specifically say "It's a lie"? To me it was like a personal reminder, which actually triggered my mind subconsciously and made me aware that hey Abhishek, this is the truth, it's a lie. Haha, I hope it makes sense to you, if not, I recommend reading it again. #### If I had to elaborate... This was made possible because I was somewhere in my mind searching for this one sentence, and this incident was like an eureka moment for me which really made me feel [[this is it!]]
